Why work with so few brands at once?

We'd rather be the best at a few than average at many. There is a common case of quantity over quality in our game, and we want to be known for being truly boutique and premium in a sea of bloated marketing factories.

What stage of brand do you take on?

Mostly 7 to 9 figure DTC brands across fashion, wellness, sport, beauty and lifestyle. If you're earlier, we'll usually point you to someone better suited. If you are just below, it may still be worth a call.

How long before email becomes a real channel for us?

First wins usually land in week 1 where we get your first few campaign, and flow emails live. By day 90, most of our brands sit between 35 and 50% of total revenue from email.

Will our emails look like everyone else's?

No. We don't use templates. Every flow and campaign is designed for your brand, your products, and your audience. A full-time designer sits on your account and all our desginers have a background in art-direction, editorial design and UX.

Do you handle SMS and WhatsApp too?

Yes. We layer them in once the email foundation is solid. Usually in month three onwards.
