1. About this policy

This policy explains what personal data AuraSeed FZ-LLC collects when you use auraseed.com, fill in a form, or book a call with us, and how we use and protect it. AuraSeed FZ-LLC is registered in the United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for your data as described here. In this policy, "the Agency" means AuraSeed FZ-LLC, "the Customer" means a business that hires us, "Agreement" means our terms together with any written client agreement, and "Parties" means the Agency and the Customer.

2. What we collect

Details you give us: your name, email address, and website when you fill in a form, plus any answers you give when you apply or book a call (for example, your business type and revenue range). Details collected automatically: basic data about your visit, such as pages viewed, device, browser, rough location, and how you got to our site. We collect this using cookies and similar tools.

3. How we use it

We use your data to send you the resources you ask for, reply to you, check whether we are a good fit, run calls and projects, send you useful emails about our services, and understand how people use our site so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Our reasons for using it

We use your data because you asked us to (for example, when you request a free resource or book a call), because you gave consent, because we need it to provide our services, or because we have a fair business reason, such as keeping our site secure and improving it.

5. Marketing emails

If you sign up for a resource, we may send you emails about email marketing and our services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to make the site work and to understand how it is used. We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic and Klaviyo to manage sign-ups and emails. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

7. Who we share it with

We share data only with trusted tools that help us run our business, such as our website host (Webflow), analytics (Google Analytics), email platform (Klaviyo), Meta, and our booking and application form tools. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We may also share data if the law requires it.

8. Data sent abroad

Some of these tools store data outside the UAE, for example in the United States or Europe. When this happens, we rely on the tool's own safeguards to keep your data protected.

9. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as we need it for the reasons above. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we will remove it unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

10. Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No website or online service is 100% secure, but we work to keep risks low.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. To do any of these, email us. If you are not happy with our reply, you can contact your local data protection authority.

12. GDPR and data protection

When we work on a client's email marketing, we may access that client's customer data, such as their Klaviyo account.

Both Parties shall comply with all applicable data-protection and privacy laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (the “EU GDPR”), and where applicable, the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.

The Customer acts as Data Controller and the Agency acts as Data Processor for the purposes of Services under this Agreement. The Agency shall process personal data only on the Customer’s instructions and implement appropriate security measures to protect such data.

Where applicable, the Parties agree that a Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) shall form part of this Agreement and govern the processing of Personal Data.

13. Children

Our site and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.

15. Dispute resolution and governing law

The Parties understand and agree that the construction and interpretation of this Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be addressed through informal negotiations between the Parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation, and if necessary, binding legal arbitration, the Parties agree that the proper venue for such action shall be the courts of the State governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in this clause prevents the enforcement of this Agreement in any jurisdiction in which the Parties conduct business.
